Siemens Pathway to Learning Engineering (PLE) is a turnkey, project-based engineering education program designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations. It provides students with hands-on experience through real-world engineering challenges, industry-relevant software, interactive learning, and career exploration.

The program develops technical, academic, and 21st-century skills through a sequential four-year learning experience covering Engineering Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics and IoT, and Engineering Research and Development. It also supports educators with training, professional development, curriculum plans, and teaching resources.
