The most universal training system for basics ever created.
In close cooperation with customers, a highly ergonomic belt was designed that is suitable for use in both single workpiece flow and goods carrier flow with pallets. The basic version of the training system already offers an integrated control box and an intuitive operator panel with various connection options. Numerous extension options allow for gradual expansion along individual thematic focal points.
Festo Modular Production System MPS 404
The complete production in a learning format
The MPS 404-1 learning factory consists of the MPS 400 system building blocks Distribution Pro, Join, Measure Pro and Sort Inline. The system building blocks are networked with the MES, equipped with RFID read/write devices and intelligent sensors based on IO-Link®, and form a self-sufficient system. In addition to the above-mentioned system building blocks, MPS 404-1 R contains a Robotino and thus expands the learning topics to include the field of mobile robotics and related topics in production.
